Blog#4: My favorite movie star (Takayuki)

There are many movie stars in the world. I like Hollywood movies, so I will introduce my favorite movie star. I like many American stars, Harrison Ford, Clint Eastwood, Jack Nicholson, Steve McQueen, Paul Newman, and more. But,  who I want to introduce  to you is one of most popular movie star in Japan, Atsumi Kiyoshi.

Atsumi Kiyoshi as "Futen no Torasan"

He had square and characteristic face, not cool face. He is famous as "Futen no Torasan" ,the character  of Japanese movie, "Otoko wa Turai yo (It's tough being a man)". He  did really very good actings, especially his witty speaks and clownish actings. These are ones of the hilights in the movie.

"Otoko wa Turai yo (It's tough being a man)" is Japanese comedy movie. This movie series continued for 26 years and  made 48 films. So, his image is "Futen no Torasan" rather than Atsumi Kiyoshi. But, his talent of actings was not only for comdy but also for many kinds of movies.
He valued his image, so he hate to mix public matters with private matters, therefore he avoid rash communication.
His movie and himself were loved by Japanese for long years, please watch his movies and actings!

Blog#4: The beautiful Muslim woman(Kanae)

This woman is Rania al-Abdullah. She is a queen of Jordan. Also she is Muslim. She endeavors raising the status of women or children in society, while its beauty is famous around the world.

The reason I chose her is because she is very different from Muslim woman I had thought. Speaking of Muslim woman, many people generally could think they wear black costume hiding the whole body except face and hands. I thought so too. But her looks are the same as our or other not Muslim women. Besides very beautiful. She has long light blown hair waved naturally. And her big black eyes are cute. But at the same time clear-cut eyebrows are like Arab. In the following photo, she wear cyan jacket and below knee-length black skirt. This coordinate is not gorgeous but elegant and becomes her well. Can you believe this woman is 42 and has four children?

Blog#4:My favorit vocalist(Tomoka)

My favourite band is the ORANGE RANGE.  The ORANGE RANGE is the band which sold most in Japan in the early 2000s. The hit is “hana” and “Shanghai honey”.  

There are three vocals in this band. Hiroki is the main vocal, and   he is  favorite member in that.  As for me, a birthday is the same as him accidentally. He is the most popular member from a fan. 

Why is he a favorite member? Because I was impressed by his singing voice. 

This song is “SAYONARA”. This is music to tell the feeling of thanks to the lover who parted.  When I was a junior high school student, I shed tears to listen to this song for the first time in life. I had not done love very much. But I have been impressed very much. 

Blog#4:Yayoi Kusama(Natsumi)

This is a photo of Yayoi Kusama.

 

She was born in 1929 and is from Nagano, Japan. She is a famous artist about drawing and sculpture. She have been drawing pictures from  her childhood. In her childhood, she often drew some pictures of flowers. The feature of the present her pictures is polka dots. Why she draws them is that she escaped from sufferring from auditory hallucination and hallucination by integration dysfunction.

Besides drawing pictures, she designs many things. For example, Louis Vitton, a T-shirt of 24 hours television in this summer. And she is a novelist. She was chosen as a person cultual merits in 2009.

 

First of all, I choose her because I felt it interesting that the picture which she drew.Though she only uses polka doys in her picture in many cases, each picture is different. There is her abundant imagination. Second, she is very active for her age. She is an aritist, a designer, novelist...etc. And she is adopted for many ivents and blands.

 

Now, what does she look like? In this photo, she has vivid orange bobbed hair. She often wears polka dots clothes. Her face looks clear-cut.

Blog#4: Boojil (Mamiko)

The person I would like to introduce is Boojil, a japanese artist. She is an woman who was born in Yokohama. She works as an illustrator, a cootunist or an essayist. Boojil means "busuna e wo ijiru".  That is "to arrange strange paintings". She wears colorful clothing because of her visit to many countries. Especially her favorite countries are Mexico, Laos and India. So as you can imagine, she wears bright color and ethnic clothing. And it's easy for me to imagine what cloth she wears in travelling. Her hair is black bob style. It's great on earrings. The following picture is Boojil and "Okappa chan" which is the character made after herself.

She has works, a kind of documentaries which was broadcast on NHK. It is about her travel alone in Thailand and Laos where is the first countries she went alone. In that series of documentaries, Okappa chan sometimes appeared. That is one of the most favorite scene. when I saw this series first, I became to want to go abroad alone.

I really want you to watch this interesting series. After studying in Mexco, she started to open her event booth "Okappa chan's House" in Nerima. It has just opened! I hope to visit there soon! Now she designs posters, CD jackets and Promotion videos regardless of the genre.
