It is said that the cross country skiing is the hardest sports in the world. Do you know why? In my opinion ,because it goes up and down hills on skis over along distance.Even a class champion runs snivelling and drivelling.

We are exercising and practicing almost every day to participate in the intercollagiate game in winter. When ski season comes , we have traning camps in Hokkaido in december and in Ngano and Iwate in february.During the off season, to build up our physical strength.I sometimes come close to walk in running. At such times, teammates encourage me with calling out "Gamba！" This sounds to me like the voice of god. So I can come back to running. I have a goalas a cross country skier. I would like to win first place at the intercollagiate game during my collage life. I will tryhard not to a distant dream. Thank you.

This is Ms. MacGregor. What kind of training do you do in the off season (now)? And where do you have your training camp in Hokkaido? When I watch cross country skiers, their movements seem very elegant. Are you a smooth skier? I hope you can achieve your dream of winning the intercollegiate championship?
